Ordering
If you would like to add an item to your cart, click on the image of the cart below each product‘s description. Then you can decide if you want to continue shopping or complete your order by filling out the form. After you have sent the order, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address that you provided in your order form.

Payment methods

The invoice will be included in the package.

Shipping
Delivery time varies from 3-21 days.
Packages are shipped through the Slovak Post Office or an express courier.
Shipping charges depend on the package‘s weight.
Customers in Poprad will have their packages delivered to their homes free of charge.

Warranty
A 2-year-warranty applies to all our products.
Canislog guarantees:
• to make sure you receive quality products in the amount and price stated in the order form
• safe handling and packaging
Canislog is not liable for:
• late delivery caused by the carrier
• late delivery caused by incorrect address on the order form
• damaged package caused by the improper handling by the carrier

Order cancellation
Cancellation by the buyer:
The buyer has the right to cancel the order with no explanation / reason anytime before the seller confirms the order. After the confirmation, the buyer can cancel the order only if the seller fails to meet the delivery conditions. If the buyer cancels the order after it has been confirmed, the buyer is liable for any damage causedby the cancellation and cover all the additional expenses. The seller will use this right in the case the product was exclusively ordered on the customer’s request with additional costs.
Cancellation by the seller:
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order without specifying the reason if the product is no longer produced, supplied or if the supplier has considerably changed the price of the product. The seller will immediately contact the buyer. In the case the buyer has paid a part or the entire amount of the order, the seller will return the money at its earliest convenience.

Withdrawing from the contract by the buyer (it doesn’t apply if the product was purchased in person in our store):
In accordance with the law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the day of delivery of the product.
If the recipient decides to withdraw from the contract, please follow these directions:
• contact us with the request for withdrawing from the contract, include the order number, the day of purchase, your account number or address for your refund
• if you have already received the product, send it back to us making sure all the following conditions are met:
1. product must be packaged in the original undamaged wrapping/packing
2. product must be unused and undamaged
3. product must be complete (accessories, warranty and manual)
The product must be shipped priority mail and must be insured; we are not liable if the package gets lost on the way.
If all the conditions are met, and we have received the package, we will send your money back within 14 business days.
In case the conditions are not fulfilled, we can not accept withdrawing from the contract and the product will be sent back to the buyer at their own expense.

Return Policy
To return the product, send it back to us together with the invoice and the carrier receipt. Items can be returned for a full refund, or exchanged; shipping charges will still apply.

Protection of personal information
We respect your privacy. In order to offer valuable services, we need to know some personal information. We protect the personal data against misuse and we guarantee that the information regarding your address and purchases will not be accessible to a third person.
By using our online services you automatically agree that you can be informed about our new products and services through e-mail or telephone. If you do not wish to receive that information, you have a choice to cancel the service by following the directions in every message sent to you.
