Return Policy
If you would like to file a complaint, follow these directions:
1. Fill out the form you will find below this text, stating the product type
and number, invoice number and include a detailed defect description.
2. Within 24 hours (during business days only) you will receive information
on the service procedure- address of the nearest service office, a reclamation
form, and a return code under which you can send the item back to the seller.
Without the return code, the product will not be accepted.
Send the product accompanied by the reclamation form to the address provided.
In your own interest, make sure you send the product to the assigned service
location. Sending it to our company will only lengthen the time necessary
to proceed with the claim.
In the case a defect appears after the first use of the product, the seller
will exchange the product for a new one if the claim is made within 3 days
after the purchase under these conditions:
• The product is not visibly used
• The claim was previously made online by filling out the reclamation form
• The warranty form has not been filled out
• The new product is available in stock
